Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, although they remained messy at times. The hotel took special care to childproof the room for our baby. The location was super convenient right by Tokyo Station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was professional and welcoming, but not as knowledgeable as in other Four Seasons properties we have visited. The dining experience offered a good variety of delicious options with fresh ingredients. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor room cleanliness issues.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a stunning view overlooking the station where the Shinkansens awaited departure. The breakfast buffet was a delightful addition. While the location near Tokyo Station was perfect for exploring the city, the dining experience was somewhat lacking in Japanese variety.
